Referral Program

You can start inviting friends as soon as you create your Nexo account.

1. Login to your account and make sure Identity Verification is completed.
2. Copy the unique link in your profile from the Referral tab.
3. Share it with a friend, ask them to create a Nexo account, and complete Identity Verification.
4. Once they register and top up at least $100 in supported assets, you’ll both get $25 in BTC after a 30-day period passes.

You both will be able to see the bonus transaction in your Nexo accounts, however, its status will be pending.

Note: The reward will be credited to your balance, provided that the portfolio of your invited friend is still worth more than $100 at the end of the 30-day period.

You can invite an unlimited number of friends, but they must not have created a Nexo account before – only brand new customers are accepted.

You can track the current status of all your invited friends in the Referral tab inside the Nexo app.

You can always sign in to your account and check your reward status. Here are some reasons why you didn’t get your referral reward:

• Your invitee must sign up directly after opening your unique link. Referrals are not captured if the invited person signs up using via the Nexo app and not your link.
• If your friend fails to complete the referral instructions within 90 days of signing up, you won’t receive the reward.
• Your invitee needs to pass Identity Verification and hold the equivalent of $100 or more in any of the supported assets for at least 30 days.
• The portfolio of your referred friend has to remain above $100 at the end of the 30-day period for the bonus to be awarded.
• The balance of $100 should be sent from an external wallet. Internal transfers won’t be eligible for a referral reward.

Also, keep in mind that once a friend tops up, you will both get your rewards within 24 hours after the 30-day period is over.
